    I recently brought in my GTI and was impressed with how quickly everything was handled. They were able to diagnose the issue the same day and had the repairs lined up for the following day. I had my front and rear brakes replaced, along with a wire repair for my backup camera. Sarah was exceptionally communicative throughout the entire process and provided a clear, detailed assessment of the work needed. As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating walking into a male-dominated automotive environment, but Sarah made me feel completely comfortable, respected, and well taken care of. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thank you AZ Euros 🖤

    Just had these guys do a turbo swap and some supporting upgrades to my VW GTI and I couldn't be happier. They do quality work at a great price. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to tune or do aftermarket work on their euro vehicles.

    Had my Audi TTs in for oil change and serpentine belt replaced. The work was done quickly and well. The cost was significantly less that Audi wanted to replace the belt. The staff was friendly and helpful Will definitely be AZ Euros in the future.

    AZ Euros have been changing the oil on my kids S3’s and on my M3 and I couldn’t be happier. They’ve also done other bigger services that I’ve been very happy with their level of service and professionalism. I really like the fact that they do an inspection of the entire vehicle and point out things that might need to be addressed. They are certainly might go to.

    The best service shop and attention to detail is unmatched. I've never seen so many pictures of the underside of my car but it's that grade A service that keeps me coming back. It may be more expensive upfront but "you get what you pay for" stands true and no more dealing with burnt out dealership advisors. Only good people that actually know about and seem to enjoy euro cars and their quirks. Can't beat it :)

    Today was my first trip to AZ Euros and I'm excited to go back. I was looking for a shop near my house and happened to find the best one. From calling with questions to looking at my car on the lift only took about 20 minutes, most of which was me driving there and the tech test driving it. Everyone there is friendly and helpful and you can tell its not "just a job" for them. I planned on only having them diagnose the issues so that I could replace parts myself at home. However they didn't charge me for diag and their prices are so reasonable, I don't see the need to sweat my arse off doing it myself. I look forward to bringing my other rig here as well.

    + Honesty , integrity & class A+ work ethics . + professional, efficient & caring . + Had colorful dashboard on my BMW after an outside work job for brakes, spark plugs & ignition coil - with lots of warnings !! + Called around ( 12 places ) & some mechanics would not even touch it others would charge hundreds without even seeming it . + spoke with Sarah at AZ Euros who was very accommodating & professional , she gave me appointment in 2days. + Upon my arrival they were ready for me , checked it & got it all fixed in a remarkable time with incredible price . + got send with a bill to pay at their website from home !! Incredible trust high morals . + Sarah is tiny but mighty , knows BMW’s like it’s her last name - far more than many dealers & their crew put together . + repair place is the cleanest I’ve seen ! looks small from Outside but it’s actually large work area to accommodate many cars . + would not trust my car to dealer or anyone else in future . As a trauma / ER guy , I depend on my BMW for my emergency work .. now I know who to depend on to keep it running smoothly. Thank you Sarah/ AZ Euros . Ash , PS just recommended you to my investment friend - who has VW- right after I left your shop !!.

    AZ Euros did an APR tune on my base model VW Jetta but treated it like a high end car, car is now OE + and they also recommend Wheel Specialists in Tempe where after I left went and had mounted some BBS wheels. My wife and I waited @ Buttered Up Bakery while they worked on the car and that place is great also. Thank you AZ Euros crew for the professional work. Update 8/13/25 Returned for a APR tune on my new to me 2021 Jetta GLI, car is what I always wanted a O.E. + with a little more power and driveability and coming back soon for a cold air intake. Thank you guys again for the professional work done.

    This is a follow up on my previous 5 start review, after returning for another visit to have a sensor installed and valve cover replaced, I feel like AZ Euros truly set the standard. I was told the car would be ready Friday morning, however on Thursday afternoon, I received great news that the tech stayed a little past closing time to wrap up my vehicle so that I could pick it up sooner, and that added effort really stood out. I understand completion times aren’t always guaranteed because delays happen, and I would have been perfectly okay picking it up the following day. So for them to cut into their personal time in order to get me my vehicle sooner meant a lot to me. On top of that they provide rideshare service to pick up the vehicle. I also appreciate that they send photos of the removal/installation process, I wish every shop did this! AZ Euros is what every car owner hopes for when dealing with complex issues. The level of transparency, trust, and willingness to help is exceptional. Thank you to Sarah for really looking out for me, sincerely. Also, shout out to Perri from Perri’s German Auto Bahn for referring me to AZ Euros, he said they would take good care of me and that they did, precisely so! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Sarah went above and beyond to help me complete a final step with my valvetronic motor that a previous mechanic was unable to do for me. She was able to see me quickly, was straightforward, and she seemed genuinely interested in helping me figuring out my issue as opposed to someone just simply doing their job. She even took me to the back of the shop to show me what was going on and what was needed, which gave me so much clarity moving forward. I didn’t feel any pressure at all and was told I could even bring my own parts when I was ready. It's rare to find someone who is so authentic, kind, and transparent. After all of the back and forth and frustration with my previous mechanic, she definitely helped to turn a stressful situation into a reassuring one, and I'm so grateful for her help! 5 stars for sure!

    They did some bolt ons and a tune on my MK8 Golf R. Pretty basic upgrades, but this review is for their customer service. They went above and beyond and I would recommend these guys to anyone. 5 star A+ experience even with parts delays and other unexpected delays that occurred. Thank you AZEuros for being awesome.     Just got my VW Arteon almost 2wks ago. My buddy at work has an Audi that he had tuning done on and said AZ Euros is the place to go because of variety of performance products, focus on German Autos especially VW, and most of all skill and knowledge of the team. Texted for an appointment with Sarah and she got back to me quickly for an ECU stage 1 tune quote and sent info on the APR product she was going to use. My appointment was at 2 but they were able to get me in super quick by 11am. They were done by Noon and on the drive home noticed the difference immediately. I will definitely be back for more upgrades, and also bring my 86' 911 Targa Carrera for tune up and care. Glad I talked to my coworker and glad I found a place where their work really shows how enthusiastic they are about the vehicles people entrust to them. Thank you AZ Euros!

    I've dealt with a lot of shops for a lot of different cars, but I've never come across a shop that is as passionate about what they do as AZ Euros. Everyone on the staff - including the owner - is friendly, informative and responsive, but more than that: they actually care about you and your car. They've gone above and beyond to diagnose and repair issues, plus recommend maintenance services. Without them, I would have already given up on my car. On top of that, they've got the most reasonable prices especially for being a European make specialty shop. They will continue to be my go-to shop. HIGHLY recommended. I'd give more stars if I could.

    My husband and I have been bringing our Audi’s to Az Euros for five years now. We are DIY’ers, but for things we don’t have the tools or want to do, we take our cars here. They recently changed a policy, that customers can no longer bring in their own parts, so when my husband bought brake pad to change on our A6, but didn’t realize you needed a computer to release the electronic brake system, he found a place that would use the pads we had bought from ECS Tuning, what a horrible experience, they took a week to perform the service, they quoted us one price, then told us it was going to be $200+ more than what they said. So the lesson here is this, DON’T go anywhere else! This place is upstanding and the best service you’ll find in the valley! Good people that treat you like family!

    I have to import a Lexus through a registered importer because Lexus won't provide Letter of Compliance, but this registered importer made the experience much smoother. I moved from from Toronto to Los Angeles but specifically pick this location instead of the registered importer in LA because of the review. David is very helpful in every step of the way. He always answer any question in a thorough manner, give us a very clear picture of what we need to do. He is also very open and fair with the cost, no hidden fee or anything. I had an amazing experience working with them from the very beginning all the way to receiving my car in California today. I am very glad I have made the right choice choosing this place.

    Best Euro auto shop in Town!! These guys are great, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've been going here for the past 3 years now and they've taken very good care of me and my cars. They've done everything from basic maintenance, engine and suspension mods, and tuning to opening up the cylinder head and serving and resurfacing. I cannot recommend these folks enough. If you own a European car and you're in the valley, You've got to be using AZ Euros!

    I recently imported a car from Canada to the US (California) without a manufacturer compliance letter. Therefore, I had to rely on an NHTSA Licensed Registered Importer to take care of the paperwork and bring the car to compliance. After some phone calls to the importer in California (there is only one company), I thought I had no choice but to sell the car. Luckily, we did an online search and found AZEuros in Arizona with excellent reviews. I decided to make one last phone call and I am so glad I did! David, the importing director, explained the process in detail and emailed me also so that I could review everything as this is a very tedious process. That afternoon, I learned and accomplished more than I did over the weeks prior. David and his company provided exceptional service over the two months it took to import the car. This might seem like a long time but now I understand that this was the minimum as it included transportation from Canada to Arizona, modification, a 30-day custom hold and transportation from Arizona to California. The price was very reasonable and it was close to the initial quote provided. Online payment was easy and a receipt was generated immediately upon payment. All paperwork was in order, I am just waiting for the DMV to issue my new plate. David coordinated this process from beginning to end, including the necessary paperwork for customs clearance, filing documentation with the government, arranging the modifications and securing transportation to California. We exchanged many emails over the two months. He always responded the same day or the next day, he even processed my custom forms after hours so that I could make the earliest shipping date with my transportation company. His knowledge, professionalism, patience, detailed explanation of each step, and timely response gave me comfort and peace of mind while navigating this highly complicated and tedious process. The level of service is beyond expectations, highly recommend this company! Thank you, David and AZEuros!

    I took my GTI in for radiator fans. And instead of just fixing that and sending me on my way they got down to business and searched for why my fans needed replacement, they took care of several minor things along the way and offered me additional but necessary services(with pictures to prove their claims and pictures of updates as they work) I would like to Highlight Lex as he did a majority of the work and wanted to make sure it got done right. I'd also like to highlight Chase as he was the service advisor and was even able to use my extended warranty which I'm truly grateful for. And Sarah who insured I felt confident in their work. I felt an immediate difference on the drive home from picking up my vehicle and I no longer heat up at idle. I highly suggest this shop to anyone with a European vehicle as they treat you and your vehicle with respect.

    A month ago I took my audi a3 tdi for a problem with my n75 causing limp mode. Other shops couldn't figured it out. Dealt with Chase and his team. Very communicative and tge tech followed with detailed pics of things done. Had a tune but upgrade to ecu tunezilla stage 1 and tcu dsg stage 2. That narrowed it to my n75 as I suspected. They took care of it and now it's still running incredibly fast. Really recommend this guys and girls 100% (Update) Took it in for another limp mode problem, and as always diagnosed turn out to be a broken connector (my fault) but took care of it and was very detailed on invoice of what part was fixed. It's my go too shop now. Thank you team!

    I can’t recommend these guys enough, I’m really picky about who works on my car (2013 RS5) but was instantly impressed with AZ Euros from the moment they answered the phone They were willing to use the parts I supplied to get the job done, I had them replace the pads on my carbon ceramic brakes. Not only did they do an amazing job but they kept me updated through the whole process and even provided me images of the work they did and the old pads. Usually on a brake pad replacement I leave the shop having to drive like a grandma while I bed the brakes in, not with AZ Euros though, they took the time to bed the pads in and make sure I was good to go as soon as I left the shop Pricing wise they were extremely well priced for the service they did. I will be bringing my car back over the next few months for more work as the build continues Highly impressed overall and would recommend them to anyone! 👍💪

    I went to several different places for a cylinder 4 misfire that I was having, but AZEuros was the only place with the diagnostic capabilities to give me an actual answer with proof. Andre at the front desk is very friendly, and is actually a car enthusiast instead of a normal service advisor. He was also able to show me and elaborate on the problems wrong with my car. I will continue to bring my car here everything for the unbeatable level of customer service and diagnostic capacities that they offer. If you want work on your car done right, take it here!

    I had used AZ Euros previously on my Z4 but now I had an airbag light come on from a battery I had replaced. Unfortunately you need a scanner to clear the code. I brought the car down and the manager cleared the code for me in less than 5 minutes and I was on my way. Great Service

    Couldn't ask for a better service center. They are true technicians, not parts replacers. They also carry excellent quality aftermarket parts and lubricants. AZ Euros did after warranty diagnosis and repairs on my BMW for a tricky electronic /repeated fault code issue that would reappear after 4 or 5 days. The codes pointed towards the car over and over then they figured out it was the dealer installed aftermarket. They only charged my for the first visit troubleshooting and they gave me documentation to go back to dealer and get replacement for their faulty parts.

    Great experience working with this team. I am ultra picky when selecting a new shop, as I want to be sure the work only has to be done once. AZ Euros came recommended from a few friends so I decided to give it a go for rod bearing service on my new to me M3. The communication was great from the start (thanks Sarah), she gave updates each day on what the status was and when it was expected to be complete. Upon pickup, further recommendations were given as far as break in procedure and next oil change. Thanks all for the service and I will be back in the future.

    Came to AZ Euros because I had a terrible experience with Berge VW in the valley. AZ Euros installed some Rawtek equipment in my TDI. There process is top notch and high tech. They use a software to communicate pictures and findings as well as recommendations to the customer. I found it to be really useful. They took care of me and my car exactly the way I expect. I drive a high mileage auto but it’s meticulously maintained. I have never had such a thorough inspection of my auto before they even did any work. Even though I declined some of their maintenance recommendations I was able to use their notes to tackle the small projects like a new battery, filters, light bulbs, etc. I will definitely be bringing my TDI back for any work I need in the future. I would highly recommend them to a friend needing maintenance on their European vehicle.

Every question answered promptly, extra service with a video walk around (I live in Illinois), asked for details on the work they performed and was given invoices with detail... made the whole 'buying' process the best.     Recently I had to go through the import process for my car and used AZ Euros as the registered importer. Although this process was lengthy David at AZ Euros is a pro. He is an excellent communicator and does a fantastic job of explaining the process. During the process he provided regular updates to keep my up to date on the progress. After the process was completed I noticed a problem with a part they installed to meet conformity for import. They investigated the issue and immediately found a solution. I had to take the car back for the replacement installation but they were quick and extremely professional. I highly recommend doing business with these guys. They are top notch!!
